Fantastic figural decanter with delightful old man head stopper with red cap atop white wavy hair and wire rimmed glasses by artisans in the Bohemia region of Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic), circa 1955... 8" high (20cm), no markings (yet I have seen these occasionally with labels indicating a NYC importer and Made in Czechoslovakia origin and in excellent condition -- the pull has a chip on the bottom, but fits snug and not noticeable when inserted.
