Iron Mountain

Dramatic Lookout Mountain pattern chop plate from the artisans at the Iron Mountain Stoneware studios, Laurel Bloomery, Tennessee, circa 1985... 12-1/2" in diameter, well marked and in excellent condition. Like most Iron Mountain items we find up here, this is presumed to be a first-quality piece -- though there is a single broken glaze pop inside the small blue circle lower left -- hardly noticeable.
